里程碑奖学金（教育基金）

对HIV学生的特别扶持（教育基金）
除了里程碑奖学金外，我们还为一位HIV的学生成功筹集了 一万美元，用于支付她一整年的大学费用，其中包括50%的配比资金。 👉 [阅读完整故事]

支持梅丽的残奥之旅（综合基金）
梅丽是一位表现杰出的轮椅网球运动员，已入选2028年洛杉矶残奥会美国代表队。为支持她全球范围的训练和赛事，我们设立了一个专项基金，承诺在3年内每月资助500美元。截至目前，我们已筹得 12,000美元（含配比基金），达到目标的65%。我们将继续为此基金筹款，直至实现既定目标额度。

鼓励领养母亲（综合基金）
我们资助了两位领养母亲参加由 Seas the Connection 组织的中西部退修会，让她们在极度繁重的看护工作中，身心得到放松与恢复。

发放紧急援助金（紧急基金）
本季度我们提供了3笔紧急资助，总额 5,500美元（其中包含中美慈爱基金给予的配比资助）：
a. 资助一个失去儿子的领养家庭，帮助他们渡过丧亲的痛苦
b. 资助一个因严重创伤而急需短期疗养的领养家庭
c. 资助一位单亲母亲，为其自闭症女儿支付武术学费，这对她的康复起着重要作用

宣教与全球影响（Daniel基金–国际孤儿援助）
我们持续支持那些改变生命、拯救灵魂的项目：
a. 资助Saviours’ Project购买3只奶山羊，能够为在乌干达的35名孤儿提供所需的营养
b. 继续为 Open Hearts for Orphans (OHFO) 在乌干达的孤儿援助项目提供季度资助
c. 资助一位来自领养家庭的年轻人接受宣教士培训

又一个笑容（Smiles基金–口腔/颌面手术）
我们从Smiles基金中拨出 5,000美元，帮助一位患有唇腭裂的孩子支付植牙手术费用。她的医疗保险不涵盖此类手术。尽管她已18岁，但仍在读高中。因为她是法定成年人，无法申请任何以儿童为对象的资助基金。这是第五个受益于Smiles基金的孩子。

我们开通了 Village of the Stars 官方油管频道，短短数月已上传38个视频，分属11个播放列表，累计播放量超过 45万次，订阅人数达到148。

我们全新改版了官网，更新了排版设计，优化了捐赠页面，并扩展了内容。网站现已成为一个线上资料库，收录 64篇与领养相关的中英文故事与资源。
2025年第二季度 成效报告
在2025年第二季度，星之村（Village of the Stars）通过VoS各专项基金共发放资助 超过 20,000 美元，支持超过 28 个家庭。
本季度重点

爱百福（Bethel China）募款圆满结束：共筹得 ¥43,680，将用于支付低收入家庭的 3 名盲童的特殊教育课程的全年学费。(阅读完整故事: 请给黑暗中的孩子们一束光)

微笑项目：又有 2 名儿童完成口腔/牙科手术，费用由本项目基金承担。

紧急援助：向面临危机的家庭发放 3 笔 紧急资助，其中 2 笔用于住院相关支出，1 笔用于车祸后的紧急需要。

宣教服务支持：提供一笔专项资助，支持一个领养妈妈和她的两个女儿前往 危地马拉，参与Wheels for the World 的宣教服务项目。

2025年第一季度 成效报告
在2025年第一季度，星之村（Village of the Stars）通过各类VoS专项基金共发放资助超过 34,000 美元。按需求与项目，我们支持了 20多个家庭。资金使用如下：

紧急援助基金
向 6 个 因住院而陷入困难的家庭提供了紧急支持。值得一提的是，3 月 1 日，Cindy Head 不幸失去挚子 David Elijah。我们发起专项募款，合计提供 10,500 美元，用于丧葬与追思相关费用，在她继续照顾其他孩子的同时，给予必要的情感与实际支持。（阅读详细故事：送别以利亚）

向 11 名儿童发放 1,800 美元的生日礼品卡，在他们的重要日子里表达关怀与肯定。

向爱百福（Bethel China）捐助人民币 4,500 元，用于盲童的照顾与支持——这是我们在中国的首个合作项目。

Annual Report Year 2024
In 2024, Village of the Stars experienced a remarkable surge in generosity, with total donations received growing from approximately $33,000 in 2023 to $198,000—a sixfold increase.
In 2024, $102,000 was directly distributed to support 77 adoptive families in need, a significant rise from $18,000 in 2023. In addition to these funds, our community of supporters contributed approximately $30,000 in direct donations to individual families, while our charitable partners provided $7,000 in matched grants.
Emergency Fund
We provided a total of $26,500 in emergency financial assistance to 17 families facing unexpected crises. This included relief efforts for Tornado damage in Tallahassee (May), Hurricane Helene (September), one family bereavement, multiple hospitalizations, and urgent medical needs. These funds offered critical, timely support, helping families stabilize during moments of profound disruption and distress.
Celebration Fund
We distributed $16,500 in gifts to over 70 families, primarily through our Christmas Wishlist and birthday gift programs. We also celebrated three weddings of Chinese daughters—a joyful milestone for the families we serve.
International Orphan Aids
We offered four small grants totaling $3,200 to Open Hearts for Orphans (OHFO). These funds supported the care of three abandoned babies, provided housing for a grandmother raising orphaned grandchildren, and helped a widowed mother care for her young children—offering hope and stability in vulnerable situations.
Education & Training Fund
We awarded the Milestone Scholarship for the first time to eight college freshmen, thanks to the generous support of SAIF Partner Charitable. We also developed proposals for three additional scholarships to launch next year: Hope Scholarship – need-based, Star Scholarship – merit-based, ad Pathway Scholarship – for vocational training. These efforts mark an exciting step forward in supporting the educational dreams of our adoptees.
Smiles Fund
Daniel was the first child to benefit from the Smiles Fund in 2024. Two more children are scheduled to receive support next year for their oral surgeries and dental treatment plans. These interventions improve not only their physical health but also their emotional well-being and overall quality of life.
Heritage Connection Fund
In 2024, we offered two online Chinese language classes to 11 adoptees through our partner, Holistic Education. Cultural programs like this help adoptees build a deeper connection to their heritage, embrace their identity with pride, and navigate cultural and personal challenges with greater confidence.
